MECOFOX — Terms of Service

The short version. MECOFOX gives you AI employees that draft, analyze and act on your business data. You own your data. You are responsible for what you publish and send. Every plan has a free trial, billing is monthly, and you can cancel anytime. Full refund within 14 days of your first paid charge.

1. Who we are

MECOFOX ("MECOFOX", "we", "us") is a product of TripleExit, a registered trade name (DBA) of Westpalmgolf Inc, a corporation registered in the State of Florida, USA, with its principal place of business at 8983 Okeechobee Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33411. References to "we" in these Terms mean Westpalmgolf Inc doing business as TripleExit.

2. What the Service is

MECOFOX is a hosted software product that lets you configure and run AI agents ("AI Employees") against your own business data. AI Employees draft content, analyze information you supply, send messages you authorize, and produce written output. They are software, not people, and they can make mistakes.

MECOFOX is a tool, not a professional adviser. Output is generated by statistical language models. It may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your circumstances. You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it, publish it, or send it to a customer.

3. Your account

  • You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account and for keeping your login secure.
  • Team seats are for people in your business (or your clients' businesses, where your plan allows). Sharing one seat between several people is not permitted.

    • 4. Plans, billing and refunds

  • Plans. MECOFOX offers two plans: Starter ($29/month) and Pro ($99/month). Each includes a set number of AI Employees, team seats, monthly runs, knowledge-vault storage and voice minutes as shown on the pricing page when you subscribe.
  • Free trial. Every plan starts with a free trial. No payment card is required to start a trial. You are not charged unless you choose to upgrade.
  • Billing. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Plan changes take effect at your next billing date; we do not prorate mid-cycle.
  • Cancellation. You can cancel anytime from your workspace settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the paid period.
  • Refunds. See our [Refund Policy](/legal/refunds). Nothing in these Terms removes a refund right you have by law.
  • Price changes. We may change prices on 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the change takes effect means you accept the new price.
  • Taxes. Prices exclude applicable sales taxes, which are added at checkout where required.

    • 5. Your data

  • You own the content you upload to your knowledge vault and the output your AI Employees produce for you.
  • You grant us a limited license to store, process and transmit your data solely to provide the Service, including sending it to the AI model providers and infrastructure vendors listed in our [Privacy Policy](/legal/privacy) and [Subprocessors](/legal/subprocessors) list.
  • We do not use your vault contents to train AI models, and we do not sell your data.
  • Each workspace is private. We do not share data between workspaces.

    • 6. What you may not do

  • Send unsolicited messages, or messages to people who have opted out, through the Service. You are responsible for complying with the TCPA, CAN-SPAM and any other messaging law that applies to you.
  • Upload data you do not have the right to use, including other people's personal information without a lawful basis.
  • Use the Service to produce content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Probe, reverse-engineer, or overload the Service, or resell access to it outside the terms of your plan.

    • 7. Acceptable use

    Our [Acceptable Use Policy](/legal/acceptable-use) is part of these Terms. Breach of that policy is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension or termination of your account.

    8. Intellectual property

    MECOFOX, the AI Employee names and personas, and the software are ours. You may not copy them or use our name and logo without permission. Output generated for you is yours to use.

    9. Third-party services

    The Service depends on third-party AI model providers, messaging carriers, and platforms you connect (such as Facebook, Instagram, Google Business Profile, Shopify and Stripe). Their availability, rules and failures may affect the Service, and their terms apply to your use of them.

    10. Availability and support

    We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Support is available at support@mecofox.com; we respond within 2 business days.

    11. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

    The Service is provided "as is". AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate for your situation, and you are responsible for reviewing it. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data.

    Our total liability for any claim is capped at the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100.

    Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

    12. Indemnity

    You will defend and indemnify us against claims arising from your data, your use of the Service, or messages sent through your account in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

    13. Termination

    You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, with notice where practical. After termination you can export your data for 30 days; we may delete your data 30 days after termination.

    14. Changes to these Terms

    We may update these Terms. For material changes we will email account owners at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.

    15. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
