MECOFOX — Acceptable Use Policy

This policy forms part of the Terms of Service. Breaching it may result in immediate suspension.

You must not use MECOFOX to

Break the law — anything illegal in your jurisdiction or ours, including fraud, money laundering, or sanctions evasion.

Harm people — harass, threaten, defame, or stalk; generate content sexualising minors; incite violence or self-harm.

Deceive — impersonate a real person or organisation; generate fake reviews, testimonials, or credentials; create disinformation designed to mislead the public; produce content presented as human-written where that misrepresentation causes harm.

Spam — send bulk unsolicited email or messages, or generate content for such campaigns. If you use the outreach features, you are responsible for CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and equivalent laws.

Abuse the system — probe, scan or breach security; access another tenant's data; reverse engineer the Service; resell access without written agreement; run automated load beyond your plan's limits.

Misuse others' data — upload personal data you have no lawful basis to process, or special-category data (health, biometric, racial, religious, political, sexual orientation), payment card numbers, or government identity numbers.

Substitute for professional judgement — present AI output as legal, medical, financial or other regulated professional advice.

Reporting

Report abuse to abuse@mecofox.com.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected breaches and may suspend or terminate access. Where safety or law requires, we may act without prior notice and may report to authorities.
