Third parties that may process customer data on our behalf. We will give notice before adding a new subprocessor that materially changes how customer data is handled.

Notes to complete before launch

[ ] Confirm in writing whether Anthropic retains or trains on API data under your commercial

terms, and state the answer plainly in PRIVACY.md §4. Do not guess at this.

[ ] Fill hosting, database and email rows once deployment is chosen.

[ ] Execute a Data Processing Agreement with each subprocessor if you serve EU/UK customers.

[ ] If you offer a DPA to *your* customers, it must name these subprocessors.
